ExxonMobil Pipeline Company partnered with the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX) and the National Association of State Fire Marshals (NASFM) in 2019 to develop a hands-on training course to further prepare firefighters along our pipelines and near our facilities to respond to emergencies. Responders receive valuable knowledge they will need to help protect their communities in the event of an industrial-type emergency. EMPCo has funded the training of more than 500 firefighters at the world-renowned Brayton Fire Training Field.
